Tanks

Tanks are mainly used for the storage of chemicals or water. Usually they are made of bent sheet material or of winding tube of HDPE, PP, PVC, PVDF. The necessary strenght of the tanks is calculated by us, in function of your requirements. Devices like man holes, tubelures, covers, floater systems, supports, agitator supports, level controls, platforms and stairs can be supplied as optionals.

Storage, mixing and dosing tanks

Tanks of synthetic materials are perfectly suitable for the storage of chemicals, because of their resistance against these chemicals and their long lifetime. Practically any size is possible and we design them with the aid of our calculation program. Makronyl produces and installs tanks for indoor and outdoor applications, single and double-walled.

Available types

• Mixing tanks. The forces of the agitator are taken into account in the calculation. Various maintenance constructions, both of plastic coated steel and of Trespa volkern plastic, can be mounted onto the tanks.
• Dosing tanks for the dosage of chemicals, provided with (dosing) pump supports, suction lines and level control.

Double walled tanks

Double walled tanks meet the CPR-standards. In case of an emergency, the outer tank collects the leakage or the excess of the inner tank.

Tanks for clean or dirty water

Ships need storage capacity for clean and/or for dirty water. Since many years, Makronyl has been a partner for the shipbuilding industry and produces these storage tanks according to your requirements, if necessary, with round edges, angles or anti-motion baffles.

Supplementary provisions for filling

Filling cases and containers to fill the tanks. The filling device is provided with a coupling to which the supplier (of the chemicals) can connect his silotruck. Of course, the filling case is designed to be mounted outside, with a protection against the rain and, if required, with a lock.

Construction on site

Makronyl can manufacture and mount almost all tanks andcontainers on site, which is ideal if the access to the room is limited. You save the expenses for structural adaptations.
