Makronyl's machine park

We are proud to show you which machines we have in our own workshop. Except for this equipment, we also use many machines which are not mentioned below as well as many machines which are only used for particular clients.

Plastic pipe band saw

To saw pipes, both straight and under an angle (up to 45°C), with a max. diameter of 800 mm.

Table band saw

To saw sheets and blocks with a height up to 350 mm.

CNC milling machine

Max. useful dimensions on the table: 1600 x 5200 mm

This CNC milling machine mills the most complicated contours without any problem.
The machine is provided with an automatic tool exchanger, so that during one and the same program we can work with various tools. A vacuum system in the table keeps the sheet material on its place. The machine can handle just a couple of pieces, but also large series. For the programming of the contours, the milling machine uses DXF-files, that can simply be made by any CAD-program.

Table band saw machine

To saw various sheet materials. A lateral guide simplifies working with large sheets.

Metal planing machine

Planing machine with which the required thickness can be set digitally.

Big turning machine

To turn parts with a max. size of Ø 560 x 1500 mm.

Small turning machine

To turn parts with a max. size of Ø 250 x 800 mm

Balancing machine

To balance plastic fans. We test all our fans for possible unbalance.

Butt welding machine for sheet material

The computer-controlled butt welding machine for sheet material welds sheets efficiently and with a high welding factor. Also cylindrical products, such as tanks, are made with this machine. Brand Wegener length 4000mm.

Hydraulic butt welding machine for pipes

This butt welding machine for pipes can be used both in the workshop and on the building site. In standard version up to a pipe diameter of max.: 500 mm.

Manual butt welding machine for pipes

To weld pipes with smaller diameters and a relatively thin wall thickness we use this butt welding machine, both in the workshop and on site.

Brake press

This brake press folds sheet material to the required shape by heating it uniformly, after which it can be bent into the required shape.

Welding mirrors

For the welding of pipes we use various mirrors for PP, PE and PVDF, in any size and shape. We also have a polyfusion-welding mirror at our disposal.

Manual welding equipment

To weld parts of sheets, pipes and bars of synthetic material by means of hot air and a plastic sealing wire.

Ultrasonic welding equipment

To make spot welds by ultrasonic vibrations.

Welding extruders

Extruders are needed for heavier welds, with the aid of welding wire on roll. Different types of welds are possible by means of different nozzle tips. Makronyl works with a wide range of extruders, specific for any welding material.
