Exhaust cabins

Exhaust cabins of synthetic materials are wanted in particular for their resistance against aggressive, chemical materials. Besides, synthetic materials can easily be cleaned. Makronyl constructs custom-made exhaust cabins according to your requirements and integrates all connections and required sinks and racks in the construction. The standard program includes cabins with a width of min. 500 mm, made of white PP sheet. Transparant windows for maximum illumination are possible. We also supply exhaust cabins over existing working tables, integrating the existing energy supply and sinks.

Low-Flow cabins

It turns out that many customers have to work with limited exhaust capacities. Our Low-Flow cabin, with a low extraction capacity through the window, can be the ideal solution. The air supply system causes an air curtain to separate the atmosphere inside and outside the cabin and reduces the quantity of air to be extracted. Exhaust cabins usually serve as an evaporating or weighing room in a laboratory. For real chemical processes, an acid cabin will be required.
