I. Environment

The VCA** certificate
Makronyl has had this certificate since many years and therefore guarantees that it meets the requirements for safety, health and environment, which is important both for you as a principal and for us as a producer. You will find more information on the site of SSVV: www.vca.nl

Makronyl only uses high quality thermoplastic plastics as raw materials for equipment and piping systems of synthetic materials. The production waste is recycled and can be 100% reused.
For the storage of chemicals, like glue and cleansers, Makronyl uses an environmental safe storage with drip tray. Empty packing goes to specialized waste treatment companies.

II. Quality and work certificates

Makronyl has several collaborators at their service that can carry out certified welding work according to the DVS 2210 standard for quality and duration.

III. Own Makronyl certificates

Upon request, Makronyl supplies the required test certificates with their products for:

• Leak tightness of tanks and containers
• Tightness of pressure piping systems and dosing cabins.
• Product control forms of ventilators and exhaust arms.
