Activated carbon filter systems |

|
Activated carbon filter systems are applied for the desodorisation/absorption of vapours. The system consists of a pressure- or suction room and a grill on which the activated carbon lies. Since more than 30 years, Makronyl has manufactured activated carbon systems, mainly for application at sewage stations, and collaborates structurally in this field with the company Norit, a producer of activated carbon. In standard execution, all high quality activated carbon filters are provided with thermal insulation, which results in a longer lifetime of the carbon. Basis provisions for sampling and exchange of filters are provided. NFS carbon filters are meant for forced extraction. The available standard range can be supplied with diameters from 750 – 3100 mm (300 m3/h - 10.000 m3/h) and can be combined with demisters and ventilators from our standard program. NBF carbon filters are applied for the venting of sewer stations and aeration systems. The air is pressed or sucked through the carbon bed by the natural over- or underpressure and thus filtered. Other filter systemsMakronyl also manufactures cases for other filter systems like among others bio(trinkling)- filters and lavafilters. |
